Personal information I collect
Your personal details, including your name, postal and billing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers.
I collect your personal information from you when you request via forms on our website or via email. I use this so that I can manage your request to carry out EPC or Property Inventories.
How long do we keep your personal information?
Your personal information is never passed on to a third party. It is stored electronically & backed up weekly.
I will keep your information for as long as we have a business relationship, after that ends I will keep it where I may need it for legitimate purposes e.g. to help us respond to queries or complaints, or for other reasons e.g. disputes and responding to requests. This means that I will keep your information for no more than 7 years if legally required to do so.
You have a number of rights relating to your information e.g. to see what I hold, to ask me to share it with another party, ask me to update incorrect or incomplete details, to object to or restrict processing of it, to make a complaint etc.
