Landlord Inventory Prices
From 6 April 2007, the Government made it compulsory for those receiving tenancy deposits in England and Wales to join a scheme that safeguards deposits for the duration of a tenancy and offers resolution procedures should disputes arise, an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), of which there are several. An inventory and record of the condition of the building at the beginning and end of a tenancy are central to this process. The entire report is produced with supporting images and is sent via email as PDF's within 48 hours.

The inventory report format includes embedded photographs and standardised reporting. The reports are delivered by email as PDF's, to be view on screen quickly and easily by the client. They are backed up securely on our scheme database and can be printed off by the client for check-in/check-out purposes.
